Crunchyroll has landed the streaming rights to the third season of Mob Psycho 100which will premiere on the anime streamer later this year.

Adapted from the award-winning manga by writer-illustrator ONE (A punch), Mob Psycho 100 follows Shigeo Kageyama, aka “Mob”, a clumsy young boy who is also an “esper”, possessing powerful psychic powers. Despite attempts to live a normal routine by suppressing his ESP, his daily life is anything but — especially when his emotions reach 100 percent levels. While most of his peers are preoccupied with the details of college, Mob is forced to make profoundly consequential choices as he faces false espers, evil spirits, and dark organizations.

The new season of the series is directed by Takahiro Hasui, who also directed its second season, as well as the third season of my hero academia, SK8 infinity, and more. Kenji Kawai – composer of Ip-Man, ghost in the shell, Death threat – marked the new season.

Character designs were provided by Yoshimichi Kameda (A punch, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood), with animation produced by BONES, the company behind my hero academia, SK8 infinity, space dandy, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhoodand soul eater.

Seasons 1 and 2 of Mob Psycho 100 are currently available to stream on Crunchyroll, which will simulcast the new season of the series from Japan in its subtitled and dubbed versions, to over 200 countries and territories internationally, including North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, Middle East and CIS.
