Earlier in March, we announced that the manga Attack On Titan has released a gigantic edition, considered the greatest comic book in the world. This record was officially confirmed by Guinness World Records on April 13, 2021 after all 100 copies were sold out.

According to Guinness World Records, the giant manga Attack On Titan measures 1,000 millimeters in length and 703 millimeters in width, giving it an area of ​​7,030 square centimeters and a weight of 13.75 kilograms. The backrest does not take into account the book cover, which is slightly larger – 1,010 millimeters in length and 714 millimeters in width.

The previous record holder for the largest published comic in the world was the Brazilian comic Turma da Mônica. It occupies an area of ​​6,976.02 square centimeters, which is about 54 square centimeters smaller than the manga Attack On Titan.

Roughly 36 times the size of a regular manga, the Titan-sized Attack On Titan manga was created to promote the series’ 34th final volume in book form, which goes on sale in June 2021.

One of the most popular manga series, the manga Attack On Titan was serialized in Kodansha’s monthly Bessatsu Shonen magazine for nearly 12 years, from September 2009 to April 2021. In addition to winning several manga awards , Attack On Titan was also made into an anime. live action series and movies, starring the late Haruma Miura as Eren.
