That pretty much sums up all my thoughts on this series.
On a relative note, Crunchyroll, get more from Pretty Cure already! I am thinking of setting up a petition to this effect.

Another Precure on the subject of food? Oh my God, please don’t be another disaster, KiraKira was really bad. Also, Precure on the theme of idols, when?

Echo Kira’s praise, this is my third favorite behind HC and GoPri. Managed flesh out a squad of 6 better than Seasons like Maho did with a half size cast.

I really love the characters, especially the twins
I also love how the finale spoke about the importance of all kinds of love.

It’s a shame that so many people misunderstand the show, thinking it’s just about making candy (while ignoring the way it uses candy to discuss the importance of having something you’re passionate about. for kids). And in general, they raise some incredibly inane complaints about it, like the lack of melee combat – mostly raised by people whose only exposure to Precure is the Max Heart gifs and who think Precure is “DBZ for.” girls”.

And it’s on CR so I would really like more people to watch it. And Healin ‘Good and Futari wa and Tropical-Rouge (also on CR) because this whole series is amazing.

I really hope this season goes better than Tropical Rouge as I found the latter to be a real chore to go through and a huge disappointment. It’s cool if people like TroPri, more power for them, but this season just isn’t for me, even though I like Asuka, Minori and Sango. They deserve better.
