Yen Press describes the story of the series as follows:

It all started as a typical old-school boy romance – a bad senior boy meets an adorably awkward underclass, one of them falls in love, and so on. But while Miyano is a self-proclaimed boy love expert, he hasn’t quite realized…he is one himself. Which means it’s up to Sasaki to make sure their story has a happily ever after…!
